Trail Ambassador Francis Tapon recently created a new post on his website about how to overcome stress using a technique from pilgrims who walk the 2,168-mile Appalachian Trail. In their honor, he calls it the Pilgrim's Perspective. It deals with putting a perspective on both time and space.
